My wife and I recently decided to change our business’s name from Open Source Solutions to Stellar Technologies. The reason for the change is twofold:

1. If we are going to change the name the sooner the better.
2. The idea behind the first name was that I would provide consulting to small businesses on how to use open source applications to manage their data. I don’t really do this so much anymore. I mainly provide tech support over the Internet and build websites/web applications.

Anyhow, we had a few brainstorm sessions and Stellar Technologies came out the winner. I started work on a new website to represent the new name and product offerings. It should be finished by the end of the week and will be located at http://stellartech.us.com.
